Course Feedback :

“This course refreshed information I had forgotten and reinforced information that I have recently needed to use.

“There was good practical information provided to give confidence in approaching and dealing with the emergency situations covered.

“Excellent delivery of good and applicable range of topics. Tutor’s voice was very suitable for the webinars ie clear, pleasant to hear, not grating or difficult to understand which I find very important for this method of cpd.
