Answer

Cranial Cruciate Ligament Disease.

Tests to help with your diagnosis include:-

  • Palpation of patellar ligament (loss of distinct borders suggest effusion/synovitis)
  • Pain on stifle hyperextension
  • Abnormal sit test (Abnormal limb is held out to the side)
  • Medial Buttress palpable on tibia.
  • Cranial Drawer Test
  • Tibial Compression Test
